Training Methods that suit you!

 

Everyone is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

Individual

With Personal Training clients are able to get the absolute maximum from each session.  Training on your own or at a gym you will never be able to push your limit as much as you could with an experienced trainer at your side.

 

All sessions are 1 hour long with a fitness assessment before training program starts.

 

Sessions will be designed around your specific needs and goals.  With regular progress reports and fine tuning of exercises to keep you on track.  Some people only need gentle encouragement and some need a little more pushing.  Both types of people are catered for with the view of getting the most from each session.

 

Partner Training

Many people like to train with their partner or a friend.  As with the individual plan an initial fitness test will be carried out with regular review planned.  This is a great way to get started if you are slightly nervous or self-conscious. 

 

Partner training is also a 1 hr session but with a reduced cost per person.  In some cases, if fitness goals are not similar partner training may not be possible.

Group Training

Group training is for busy people looking for a fairly intense workout in the great outdoors.

Nutritional Advice

For most clients nutrition is the biggest stumbling block to achieving the results they desire.

 

If you want to take advantage of this service, you will be asked to complete a food diary for a week (remember to be honest).  Once completed I will review your food intake and create a healthy well balanced eating plan to compliment your specific training and goals.

 

Most clients find this an invaluable addition to their programme, leaving them free to concentrate on training, knowing that their bodies have the correct fuel to assist them.
