Devlin Fitness is pleased to announce the launch of our new program Wilderfit.  This program is designed for people who are looking to exercise outside of a gym environment.  The program comprises of 45 minutes of cardio and resistance training enabling maximum calorie burn and muscle toning.

 

Sessions are held:

Wednesdays and Fridays at 09:30

NEW: Thursday 18:30 (starting again May 2018)

Wilderness Wood, Hadlow Down. 

 

Sessions can get booked up quickly so, don't delay and book today.

 

Session cards can be purchased to enable you to benefit from the reduced session rate (10 for £75).  These can also be purchased and used as gift cards.
